It's December. Where did the time go? I seriously can't believe we are finishing up the final week of school, taking finals, then parting ways. Every day of this experience, thus far, has been significant to me. Thinking back to all the places I have been makes me really appreciate the support I received that allowed me to come on this exchange. Every meal in Korea has been enjoyable, some more than others. Traveling to other countries was exciting, but also made me appreciate what I had in Korea. Meeting new people has been a thrill, especially people who are experiencing the same uncertainty yet desire to make new friends. I am really happy to say that I have made some of the best friends in my life here in Korea. I am thankful for everyone who came here from Hawaii because they helped me to enjoy this semester abroad. Especially to my best friend/roommate, Amy Lau, we got lost together, found our way, shed some tears, and laughed a bunch on the process. I am internally grateful for Diane Yang, forever. Literally, she has helped me grow so much because she has been patient with me and her independence motivates me to be like her. This is more sentimental than I intended to be, but I am so happy that I have met the people I have met here at the time I did. It's been perfect. Back to life...I have four finals to study for and I actually end school earlier, so hopefully I will be able to optimize the rest of my time here by adventuring more!
My posts on Hong Kong and Japan will be out of order because I want to spend more time reflecting on the details.

12/3/15. A moment I will never forget will be the one where I felt snow touch my fingertips! Seeing the snow fall was amazing and I was quite mesmerized, until I realized that it was melting on me and making everything wet. The first five minutes I had with snow will be a cherished memory forever. I would recommend carrying gloves with you and a friend taught me to not put your hands in your pockets because just in case you fall, you will need time to catch your fall with your hands that should be protected by gloves. Here are some pictures that I got!
